- Your device model and iOS version.
- The app version (Settings → About in the app).
- A short description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot.
Account & login: Trouble signing in, forgot password, can't receive verification email.
Purchases: Restore purchases, refund questions, missing items after a purchase.
Game issues: A game crashes, the room won't load, players can't join.
Safety: Report a player or a room (you can also do this in-app from the player profile or room menu).
Delete account: You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us if you'd prefer we do it for you.
