Welcome to MidParty ("the App"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.
MidParty is a mobile application that provides community, entertainment, and related features to its users.
- You must register an account to use the core features of the App.
- You agree to provide accurate and truthful registration information and to keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
MidParty maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward inappropriate content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, pornographic, violent, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content. Users must not post, share, or distribute any content that violates our community standards.
When using the App, you agree not to:
- Post, upload, or share pornographic, sexually explicit, or nude content.
- Post, upload, or share violent, gory, or graphic content.
- Engage in hate speech or post discriminatory content targeting any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
- Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
- Post spam, unsolicited advertisements, or promotional material.
- Infringe upon the copyright, intellectual property, or other legal rights of others.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App.
- Use automated tools to perform bulk operations on the App.
- Users may report inappropriate content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting feature.
- Users may block other users at any time. Once blocked, the blocked user's content will be immediately removed from your feed.
- We encourage all users to report any content or behavior that violates these Terms of Service.
- All reports will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours of receipt.
- Content confirmed to be in violation of these terms will be promptly removed.
- Users who post content in violation of these terms will be subject to account suspension or permanent ban, at our sole discretion.
- We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account without prior notice if we determine a violation has occurred.
- You are solely responsible for all content you create, post, or share through the App.
- By using the App, you agree to comply with all the terms and policies outlined herein.
- Violation of these terms may result in your account being suspended or permanently deleted, without refund of any credits or payments made.
- You retain ownership of the content you generate and publish through the App.
- You grant us the right to display and promote your published content within the platform.
- We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates these terms.
- The App may offer in-app purchases, virtual items, and subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Current pricing and availability are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
- All purchases are processed and charged by Apple through your Apple ID account. We do not collect or store any payment information.
- Virtual items and currency are consumable, non-transferable between accounts, and hold no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
- Upon expiration or cancellation of a subscription, access to subscription-exclusive features will be revoked.
- Refunds for In-App Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, any remaining virtual items and active subscriptions in your account will be forfeited without refund.
- We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or exchange rate of virtual items and subscription plans at any time. Any changes will not affect purchases already made or active subscription periods.
- AI-generated content is produced by algorithms. We make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or suitability.
- We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure or technical failures.
- User-generated content does not represent our views or opinions.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
